The Comments section is located below the Funding Outlay Table, and it contains both an Internal and an External Comments text field.

What purpose do they serve?

These fields-- Internal and External Comments-- allow users to enter relevant details related to the project. Internal Comments will only be available through STIP Manager, while External Comments may be made accessible through STIP Viewer.

Who can access them?

Internal Comments can only be viewed and edited by users with a STIP Admin or STIP Unit security role. External Comments can be viewed and edited by the public.
