The Funding Outlay table-- located at the bottom of the Details tab-- gathers information directly from the Project Funding table, and it gives a more concentrated view of a project's Programmed Amounts for each year. This table is read-only and automatically calculated by the system. The fields in this table are described below.

Work Phase & Fund Source |
The unique Cost Work Phase/Fund Source that corresponds to the Project Funding table records. Each will be designated by an icon and abbreviation. |
| Previous Programmed | The sum of any previous Inflated (YOE) Amounts for the applicable row. |
| STIP Window Years | The Inflated (YOE) Amounts for the specified year and applicable row. The year column will label the first year with the first year of the STIP window. The first 5 years of the STIP window will be contained in a green box. |
| Future | The sum of any future Inflated (YOE) Amounts for the applicable row. |
| Total | The sum of the Previous Programmed, STIP Window Years, and Future columns for each Work Phase/Fund Source row. |
| Total Per Year | The sum of the row values for each Year column, including the Previous Programmed and Future Year columns. |
