The Details tab has six main areas: general, location, cost, milestone, prioritization, and funding information. These areas serve different functions for the user. To the right of the Project Costs and Milestones table on the Details tab, the user can view and edit the Project Prioritization section. This section has two major fields which are described below.
| Project Prioritization Fields | Description |
| Prioritization Status |
Picklist of the Scheduled for Delivery, Will be Reprioritized, Not Funded, and Not Applicable options; projects that are not funded will be included in the STIP but not mapped in STIP Viewer. |
| Committed Cycle | Picklist of the P1.0, P2.0, P3.0, P4.0, P5.0, P6.0, P7.0 values; will be blank and disabled unless the Prioritization Status field is set to "Scheduled for Delivery." |
If the project is set to Will be Reprioritized or Not Funded, users must have the Optional Permission “All Project Detail View” to see all of the Project Funding/Milestones and Funding Outlay table. If the user does not have this permission, only the PE phase of work will be displayed in the Project Funding/ Milestone table; the Funding Outlay table will not be visible. Instead, the interface will display the message, “Funded for Preliminary Engineering Only.” The Project Summary Report will also not include the Funding Outlay table but will denote the same message.
Below the two Prioritization fields is an additional text field for users to enter the Responsible Agency. This is a free-form text field that is not required and limited to 250 characters. When this field is blank, it will display "Hint Text" which guides the user through creating the appropriate text entry. The Hint Text here prompts the user to include the non-federal agency responsible for the project and provides examples of applicable possibilities. An example of the Project Prioritization section, with included Hint Text, is shown below.
