Where else can I find these abbreviation meanings?
In the application, there are various Code Lists which provide users with guidance on abbreviations and their full terms. To access these lists, go to the gear icon located on the right side of the main menu (). Then, select the last option in the list entitled, "Code Lists." The user will enter a pop-up interface with the first code list in the system on display in table form. In order to access the work phase code list, the user must click the arrow on the "Code List" dropdown box. The entries are in alphabetical order, so work phase will likely be the last entry. After clicking "Work Phase," the interface will refresh to show the user's selection. The code list version of this table does not include the abbreviations, but it is easy to correlate the work phase abbreviations on the tabs with the elongated terms in the code list.
