To ensure that you are viewing the correct STIP and its associated projects, you need to locate "STIP" on the Main Menu. This picklist contains the available STIPs that the user can view. 

The system will automatically display the active STIP upon entry into the Manager system. To select a different STIP, users can click on the current year range and a dropdown will appear. Then, the user can choose between the available STIPs. If the user wishes to view a historical or scenario STIP, they can click on the plus sign (+) beside the intended category to view those possibilities; these lists will be collapsed otherwise.

The STIP that the user selects on the main menu will determine the data presented on the map and in each module-- that is why knowing how to find the right STIP is so important! To get a visual of the dropdown box, see the picture below.
