Users can filter the STI Summary Report based on STIP and Revision (if applicable). They can also optionally filter by Mode, Funding Program, and STI Funded Category before running the report.
Report Fields
There are five fields that appear on the STI Summary Report. Each of these fields considers other factors to generate its data. The list below outlines these fields and their descriptions.
- Funding Program: This is the Funding Program within each Mode associated with the Project. Only Funding Programs which have projects associated will be displayed on the report.
- Statewide Mobility, Regional Impact, and Division Needs: These columns will contain the number of projects and Total Programmed amount associated with the Mode Funding Program for the selected STIP window.
- Other: This column will contain the number of projects and Total Programmed amount associated with the Mode Funding Program, and any of the “other” STI Funded Categories (Exempt, Transition, Highway Fund, Public Transit) for the selected STIP window.
Report Format
The Project Header will include the report name, STIP Name, and Revision (if applicable). The results will be grouped by Mode (Highway, Non-Highway), Funding Program, then STI Funded Category.
To ensure that a project is only calculated once in this report, the project will only be included in the column/category that has the greatest Programmed value. For example, if a project has $10,000,000 programmed under Statewide Mobility and $5,000,000 programmed under Division Needs, the project will only be counted in the Statewide Mobility count, but the programmed amounts will be split into the two STI Funded Category columns.
Subtotal rows will be provided for each Mode Group (Highway, Non-Highway) and Mode. A grand total row will be included at the bottom of the report that sums the Highway and Non-Highway row totals.
