The Revision History report, or Item N Historical report, is a listing of all Major and Minor Amendments in the selected Revision and the history of all amendments that have ever occurred on the project. Users will be able to filter the results based on STIP and Revision before running the report. This report is grouped and sorted by STIP ID, then by Revision (MM/YYYY), newest to oldest. It can be run for Active, Board Approved, and Historical STIPS, and it is also available in the Revisions tab of the Actions module.
Report Columns
The Revision History report columns are detailed below.
| Report Column | Description |
| STIP ID | The unique identifier for the STIP project |
| MM/YYYY | The Revision Name; will be the month and year that it will be sent to the Board for approval. |
| Route/Facility, Location Description, Description of Work | This is joined Route/Facility, Location Description, and Description of Work fields as shown on the Detail tab at the time of change. If there are no changes, the description will only be listed once. Otherwise, the description associated with the Revision will be listed. |
| Action | The type of change that occurred (Addition, Modification, or Deletion). |
| Item N Comment | The value entered on the Pre-Approved tab associated with the Revision, Project, and Pending changes. |
