The STIP Viewer allows users who lack access to the STIP Manager to view the software. However, capabilities and options are more limited on this resource. 

STIP

While the STIP Manager provides a list of Historical, Scenario, and Active STIPs to filter the data across the software, the STIP Viewer defaults to a certain STIP without the option to select another. In the STIP Viewer, the data on the software stems from the Board Approved STIP. If no Board Approved STIP exists, the system will display the Active STIP data to the user. 

Map Display

Upon entry into the software, the user will see a map. This map will be zoomed out to statewide coverage, and it will be filled with multi-colored dots representing the various projects and their associated STI Funded Category. If a project has a prioritization status as "Not Funded," the project will not be among the displayed items on the map.
