The History tab on the Projects interface is meant to show all the changes for one specific project. To access the History tab, the user must first click on the desired STIP ID in the Projects tab; this will direct the user to the Details tab. From there, the user can navigate to the History tab. When this tab is selected, the user will see a table view of both the Actionable and Non-Actionable changes for the chosen project. The table will show the STIP year range, revision number, value changed, former value, new value, updated date, updated by, approved date, approved by, type, and status for each suggested change.
Actions Module
The Actions Module also has a History tab, but it serves a slightly different role. Instead of its focus being on a project, the Actions History tab focuses on one revision. Specifically, it displays the list of all project changes within an approved Revision. The system will default this table to show the most recent approved revision; however, users can click on the Revision picklist at the top left of the interface to change the displayed revision.
The Actions History tab also presents two handy tables at the top right of the interface. These tables breakdown the revision in two ways:
- Summary for <STIP> - Displays the total approved revisions, Major Amendments, Minor Amendments, Administrative Modifications, and Technical Corrections across all approved revisions for the selected STIP.
- Summary for <Revision> - Displays the total Major Amendments, Minor Amendments, Administrative Modifications, and Technical Corrections for the selected Revision number.
